(1)Every Committee shall submit each year to the Board at such time as may be prescribed an estimate of the income and expenditure for the ensuing financial year of the gurdwara or gurdwaras under its management :[Provided that nothing herein shall apply to a Committee whose gross annual income is less than two thousand rupees.] [Added by Punjab Act 1 of 1959, Section 41.]
