Section 21(1) in Bihar Entertainments Tax Act, 1948
(1)The [State] [Substituted by A.L.O. for 'Provincial'.] Government may make rules consistent with this Act, for securing the payment of entertainments tax and generally for the purpose of carrying into effect the provision of this Act.
