DR. THOKCHOM MEINYA (INNER MANIPUR): Details regarding Framework Agreement of 3 Aug 2015 between GOl and NSCN (IM) are being sought by people of Manipur, Assam and Arunachal Pradesh without much success. Recently in Hornbill Festival, Hon'ble President of India said that the final solution of vexed Indo-Naga issue is coming soon. Ministry of Home Affairs has informed me in a reply to my question in this House that all stakeholders shall be taken on board before a final solution is worked out. Here is the real issue. Is there any hidden agenda in the whole process? We are all for an amicable solution to the Indo-Naga issue. But it should not disturb the territorial integrity of the State of Manipur. Manipur got merged with Union of India with a clear-cut territory - Geographical boundary. There shall be no compromise on the territorial integrity of Manipur. Hence I urge upon the Union Government not to try to disturb the same.
