Section 26(1) in The Rajasthan Land Reforms and Resumption of Jagirs Rules, 1954
(1)The State shall be represented at such inquiry by the Collector or any other Officer not below the rank of a Naib Tehsildar as the Collector may be order in writing appoint in that behalf.
