(4)Subject to the terms of any such agreement as aforesaid, the proceeds of any rate or rates levied under this section shall be disposed of in such manner as the [State Government] [Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] may, by general or special rule, direct.
