Section 27(1) in Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1989
(1)The Institute shall prepare an annual financial statement on or before such date as may be prescribed by the regulations of the estimated capital and revenue receipts and expenditure for the ensuing year and submit the same to the Government.
