1. By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.382 dated 10.12.2020, under Sections 365, 323, 342, 148, 149 and 506 IPC, Police Station Ajnala, Amritsar Rural (Annexure P-1), on the basis of compromise deed dated 18.01.2022 (Annexure P-2).
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly submits that at this stage, the parties are not adhering to the terms and conditions of settlement and as such, she wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach this Court again, in case any fresh settlement is arrived at between the parties at a later stage.
3. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
