Section 6(1)(ii) in The Bihar Intermediate Education Council Act, 1992

(ii)The Vice-Chairman will be a whole-time officer and shall hold office at the pleasure of the State Government for a term not exceeding three years from the date on which he first assumes charge of the office on the expiration of the first term he may be appointed at the pleasure of the State Government for a term not exceeding three years.
