Section 7(iv) in The Orissa Security Prisoners (Conditions of Detention) Order, 1981
(iv)No replacement for clothings, foot-wear and head-gears supplied at Government cost under Sub-clause (ii) shall be made within a period of six months and no replacement for clothings, foot-wear and head-gear supplied at Government cost under Sub-clause (iii) shall be made within a period of twelve months from the date of supply of such item.
