65. Supplementary estimate.
(1)The Board may, at any time, during the year for which any estimate has been sanctioned, cause a supplementary estimate to be prepared and laid before it at a special meeting.(2)The provisions of sub-sections (3) and (4) of sections 62 and of sections 63 and 64 shall apply to every supplementary estimate.
