PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the second respondent in Letter No.5962/P-4/2015 dated 13.04.2015 and to quash the same and consequently grant permission for the petitioner to undergo Ph.D., on full time basis under All India Council for Technical Education-Quality Improvement Programme [Poly] Scheme conducted by All India Council for Technical Education through the third respondent and to grant admission to the petitioner and to allow the petitioner to study Ph.D., Programme in the fourth respondent Institute with consequential service benefits in career advancement scheme in post of Lecturer (Chemistry).
