Section 20 in The Jammu and Kashmir Animal Diseases (Control), Act, 2006 (1949 A. D.)
20. Keeping or grazing infective animal prohibited.
- No person shall keep or graze in open or unclosed land to which other person has a right of access for their animals, any animal which he knows to be infective.
