Section 18(1) in Haryana Pond and Waste Water Management Authority Act, 2018
(1)When an offence under sections 14, 15 or 17 has been committed, any instrument, implement, machinery, device, tool, boat, vehicle or any other material or object used in committing any such offence, shall be seized by the Gram Panchayat or Municipality.
