Section 17(2) in Rajasthan Nurses, Midwives, Health Visitors and Auxiliary Nurse-Midwives Registration Act, 1964
(2)On receipt of-(a)any such certificate, or(b)any other reliable information regarding such death,the Registrar of the Council shall erase the name of the deceased person from the register in which it is entered.
