(5)Every claim to, or enforceable against, the amount so deposited or any portion thereof which is not made to the Tribunal within the time aforesaid shall-(i)in so far as it relates to the amount paid by the Tribunal; or(ii)subject to the provisions of section 51, in so far as it relates to the amount in respect of which an order for payment has been made by the Tribunal or the Special Appellate Tribunal in favour of any person.Lease to be Enforceable
