(3)To facilitate e-governance as above, the office of the Chief/Senior Electrical Inspector (HoD) may change the provision or procedure given in Chapter-II, Chapter-III and Chapter-IV to such extent that it is inconsistent or incompatible with electronic forms of communication and payment and such change shall not invalidate any action for the mere reason that it is repugnant to the procedural provisions of these rules.
