200. Provision for publicity of rules, regulations and bye
- Books containing ever}'' rule, regulation and bye-law shall be kept in the office of the Board and shall be open, during the ordinary hours of business, to inspection free of charge by any person and shall be for sale to the public at such office at a reasonable price to be specified by bye-laws in this behalf.
