Section 49(1) in Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2002
(1)Any person intending to object to the grant of the licence shall file objection within the time and in the manner provided for in the Act, in these regulations and as the Commission may direct. The objection shall be filed in the form of a reply and the provisions of Chapter 11 dealing with a reply shall apply to the filing of such objections.
