Section 63(1) in Rajasthan State Dental Council Rules, 2008
(1)After the direction is issued by the State Government under sub-section (1) of section 39, the name of every person registered under the Act shall subject to the provisions contained in the Act as the removal of names from the Register, remain entered there in and the registration of such person shall hold good for the period ending on the 31st day of December of the year following the year in which his name is first entered in the register.
