Section 11(a) in Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Rules, 2005
(a)The Regulatory Commission shall perform all functions as laid down in sub-section (8) of Section 36 of the Act as well as such other functions as it may deem fit to achieve the objectives laid down in sub-section (1) of Section 36 of the Act.
