(p)"sponsoring body" means the Managing Committee SRI SAI College of Engineering and Technology (Society), Badhani-Pathankot registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and its subsidiary branch of society "SRI SAI Educational and Charitable Society, Sungal (Padhiarkhar)" Tehsil Palampur, District Kangra registered in Himachal Pradesh;
