(7)[ Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act the State Government may defer the recovery of demand payable by an industrial unit declared sick under the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 as amended from time to time (Central Act No. 1 of 1986) to such extent, for such period and on such conditions with regard to the payment or rate of interest as may be deemed proper.] [Substituted by Rajasthan Finance Act, 2014 (Act No. 14 of 2014), dated 31.7.2014.]
