15 26-04-2022Heard the parties.
Mr. Sajid Salim Khan, learned S.C.-25 informs that the police wants to get the Narco Analysis Test done at Gandhi Nagar/Delhi/Hyderabad or any other Government facility.
Pendency of this case does not stop the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39828 of 2020(15) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 Superintendent of Police in taking necessary steps for Narco Analysis Test of the petitioner. The Superintendent of Police is free to get the test done at the earliest at the Government facility.
Put up this case on 18.05.2022 for further hearing. It is expected that by the 18.05.2022, the Narco Analysis Test of the petitioner is brought before the Court.
This Court directs for Narco Analysis Test of the accused persons of this case particularly the petitioner even if he has been granted interim protection.
The interim protection dated 22.03.2022 shall continue.
