                              O R D E R (ORAL)

In the instant OA, the applicant who is working on the post of Civilian Switch Board Operator, Grade-I, is seeking cancellation of the Transfer Order dated 14.06.2023 vide which he has been ordered to be transferred from his present place of posting i.e. 1 Army HQ Sig. Regt. Delhi to Bareilly, UP.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondents draws attention to MA No.850/2024 which is filed with a prayer that the captioned OA may be dismissed for being infructuous. He submits that vide Order dated 14.08.2023 (Annexure R1 in MA) issued by the respondents with subject 'Posting Order : CSBOs and Tele/SB SUPVRs under GS Branch Common Roaster', the respondents have already cancelled the Posting Order dated 26.06.2023 issued qua the applicant. He further submits that since the appropriate relief has been granted to the applicant, the OA becomes infructuous.

3. In view of the above, the OA is dismissed as having become infructuous. Pending MA shall also be disposed of accordingly. No costs.
