श्रीमती रमा देवी (शिवहर): मैं प्रस्ताव करती हूं कि रिश्वत को दांडिक अपराध के रूप में स्थापित करने और निजी क्षेत्र में रिश्वत का निवारण करने के लिए प्रभावी पद्धतियों का संप्रवर्तन करने और उससे संसक्त या उसके आनुषंगिक विषयों का उपबंध करने वाले विधेयक को पुरःस्थापित करने की अनुमति दी जाए ।
HON. CHAIRPERSON: The question is:
“That leave be granted to introduce a Bill to establish bribery as a criminal offence and to promote effective practices to prevent bribery in private sector and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.” The motion was adopted.
