Section 397(5) in The Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957
(5)[Swine] [Substituted by Act 58 of 1960, section 3 and Sch. II, for "Swines"] found straying in a public street or public place shall be liable to be destroyed by any officer or other employee of the Corporation appointed in this behalf.
