Section 74(1) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003
(1)Any member of the general body of the Project Committee may file his nomination in Form-5 for the office of Chairman or member, proposed by one member of the general body of the Project Committee to the Returning Officer appointed by the Collector.
