122. Procedure to be followed by the appellate authority
.-(1) On receipt of the appeal and if such appeal can be admitted in accordance with the Act the appellate authority may call for records of the case from the authority who passed the order appealed against and may make such further enquiries as it may deem necessary and after giving the appellant a reasonable opportunity of being heard, pass final orders.(2)When the State Government is the appellate authority, it may, if desired, may consult the Chief Controller regarding technical matter.
