Section 3(1) in The Central India Spinning, Weaving and Manufacturing Company Limited, The Empress Mills, Nagpur (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 1986
(1)On the appointed day, the undertaking and the right, title and interest of the proprietors in relation to the undertakings, shall, by virtue of this act, stand transferred to, and vest absolutely in, the State Government.
