Section 8(d) in The Maharashtra State Legal Aid and Advice Board Rules, 1981
(d)A Member of the Committee desiring to resign his office may tender his resignation in writing under his hand addressed to the Chairman. The resignation shall be placed before the next meeting of the Committee and the decision of the Committee shall be communicated to the Member who has tendered such resignation.
