UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Respondent nos.1, 5 to 8, 10, 12 to 15, 17, 18, 21, 22, 24 and 25 have already filed counter affidavit.
Four weeks time, is granted to respondent nos.2 to 4, 9, 16, 20, 23, 26, 29, 30, 32, 33, 40 to 42, 47, 49 and 52 to 54 to file counter affidavit.
Despite service being complete, none has entered appearance for respondent nos.11, 19, 28, 31, 34 to 39, 43, 44, 50 and 51.
Service is complete on respondent nos.45, 46 and 48. Ms. Rajkumar Divyasana Ld. Counsel appearing for Mr. Pukhramban Ramesh Kumar, Ld. AOR, Mr. T. K. Nayak, Ld. Counsel appearing for Mr. Avijit Mani Tripathi, Ld. AOR and Ms. Chubalemla Chang, Ld. Counsel appearing for Ms. K. Enatoli Sema, Ld. AOR have entered into appearance on behalf of respondent nos.45, 46 and 48 respectively. Four weeks time, is granted to file vakalatnama as well as counter affidavit.
Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for re-issuance of notice to respondent no.27. In addition permission is sought to serve the said respondent through Standing Counsel for the State. Registry to take necessary steps for the same.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner states that he has not been supplied with the copy of the counter affidavits as well as other documents. Registry is directed to provide the soft copy of the said documents to Ld. Counsel for the petitioner. Registry shall ensure that the updated documents be uploaded on the website.
