Section 13(1) in Tamil Nadu Marumakkattayam Act, 1932
(1)The wife and minor children other than married minor daughters under the guardianship of their husbands shall be entitled to be maintained by the husband or the father, as the case may be:Provided that the wife shall not be entitled to maintenance from the husband if she refuses to live with him without just cause.
