Section 117(1) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998
(1)The Board may, with the previous approval of the Government any by notification, make regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or any rule made thereunder for carrying out the provision of this Act.
