Section 13(1) in The Madhya Bharat Agricultural Debtor's Relief Act, 1956
(1)Every creditor submitting a statement of the debts owed to him in compliance with a notice issued under sub-section (1) of Section 11, shall furnish, along with such statement, full particulars of all such debts and shall at the same time produce all documents, including entries in book of account, on which he relies to support his claims together with a true copy of every such document :Provided that if the Board is satisfied that any creditor was, for good and sufficient cause, unable to produce such document along with the statement, it shall require them to be producer! on a date fixed for the purpose.
