4 04-07-2018Challenging the order passed by the learned Writ Court in C.W.J.C. No.11736 of 2016 on 24.01.2017, this appeal has been filed under Clause -10 of the Letters Patent.
There being delay in filing of this appeal, I.A. No. 1854 of 2018 has been filed seeking condonation of delay. The delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The Interlocutory Patna High Court LPA No.330 of 2018(4) dt.04-07-2018 20/20 application stands allowed and disposed of.
Matter pertains to appointment and examine the claim of 'ASVS'. Similar petitions were filed and by the common order passed on 24.01.2017 various writ petitions were dismissed. Challenging the order passed on 24.01.2017, L.P.A. No. 535 of 2017 and other analogous appeals were filed and the same have been dismissed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 17.04.2018, and thereafter, this Bench has also dismissed various identical appeals filed on 20.06.2018.
Keeping in view the aforesaid and in the light of the reasons that are indicated in the order passed on 17.04.2018 in L.P.A. No. 535 of 2017 and more than 124 other cases, we see no reason to make any indulgence in the matter. On account of the same, this appeal also stands dismissed.
