Section 3(e) in U.P. State Co-operative Societies Election Rules, 2014
(e)"Voter" means a member/delegate entitled to vote under the Act, Rules and the bye-laws of the Society and includes persons nominated under section 24 or section 29(7) of the Act as also person co-opted under Rule 42(b) or 450 or nominated under Rule 451 on the Committee of Management of a Cooperative Society and whose names appear in the final voters list of the concerned society or constituency prepared for the purpose of election;
