3. Issue notice on the question of admission.
4. Since Mr. Praveen Swarup, learned counsel appearing for the ICAR contended that he can appear on behalf of Opp. Party Nos. 1 to 3, no notice need be issued to the said Opp. Parties.
5. Let a copy of the writ petition be served on Mr. A. Mohanty, learned counsel who has earlier appeared in this case by 11 th July, 2025.
6. Since Mr. A. Pal, learned counsel has already entered appearance on behalf of Opp. Party No. 4, no notice need be issued to the said Page 1 of 2. Opp. Party and let a copy of the writ petition be served on him by 11th July, 2025.
7. One (1) extra copy of the writ petition be served on the learned State Counsel who accepted notice on behalf of Opp. Party No. 5 by 11th July, 2025.
8. List this matter in the week commencing 22nd September, 2025. Counter affidavit, if any, be filed in the meantime.
