As soon as the quarterly accounts for each sub-division in the form referred to in Rule 213 are prepared, an abstract from Register XIV, showing by thanas the quarterly totals shall be submitted to the District Magistrate's Office, where an account for each sub-division shall be kept. The accounts relating to each sub-division should be kept on a separate page of the register for each year.
