(9)The Conservator of Forests in-charge of forest circles shall impose suitable restrictions to ensure that transit grazing is not used as a pretext for regular grazing; as this will exceed the carrying capacity of the grazing in the grazing unit. The route opted for transit, should be reasonably straight between the starting point and the destination.
