patta after incorporating the names of the Petitioners in all revenue
records as owners in respect of lands in S.Nos.485/2 and 486/1
measuring 9650 Sq.Mtrs and 14000 Sq.Mtrs of Vellalore Village
Coimbatore Taluk.

ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also circulated a communication dated 14.12.2020 with regard to the same.
2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, the learned Special Government Pleader appeared on behalf of the respondents.
3.Taking into consideration the communication of the petitioner dated 14.12.2020, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action. No costs.
