Section 83(1) in Kerala Land Reforms (Tenancy) Rules, 1970
(1)in an application tor purchase of kudikidappu not falling under Rule 82, the Land Tribunal shall cause a local enquiry to be made in respect of all the lands held by the person in possession of the land in which the kudikidappu is situate and the provisions of sub-rules (1) and (2) of Rule 82 shall, so far as may be, apply to such enquiry,
