Section 7(v) in The National Institute Of Pharmaceutical Education And Research Act,1998
(v)to cooperate with educational or other institutions having objects wholly or partly similar to those of the Institute by promoting collaborative research, exchange of faculty members, researchers and scholars and generally in such manner as may be conducive to their common objective;
