Section 31 in The Gujarat Rents, Hotel and Lodging House Rates Control Act, 1947
31. Procedure of Courts.
- The Courts specified in Sections 28 and 29 shall allow the prescribed procedure in trying and hearing suits, proceeding, applications and appeals and in executing order made by them.
