Section 12(1) in The Chemical Weapons Convention Act, 2000
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the National Authority may, by general or special order, call upon a person, to furnish to that Authority periodically or as and when required any information, declaration or return concerning Toxic Chemicals or Precursors listed in any of the Schedules 1 to 3 in the Annex on Chemicals to the Convention, Chemical Weapons, Old Chemical Weapons, Abandoned Chemical Weapons, Chemical Weapons Production Facilities, riot control agents, single small-scale facility or Discrete Organic Chemicals including those Discrete Organic Chemicals containing elements of phosphorous, sulphur or fluorine with such particulars as may be specified by the National Authority.
