(11)"Person" means,-(a)an individual who is a citizen of India;(b)an association of individuals or body of individuals whether incorporated or not, whose members are citizens of India;(c)a company in which not less than fifty one percent of the paid up share capital is held by the citizens of India;(d)the person defined under General Clauses Act;
