Section 60(3) in M.P. Industrial Disputes Rules, 1957
(3)Every application under sub-rule (1) or sub-rule (2) shall be verified at the loot by the employer making it or by some other person proved to the satisfaction of the Conciliation Officer, Board, Labour Court or Tribunal to be acquainted with the facts of the case.
