44. Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may be notification in the official Gazette, make such provisions as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing difficulties:Provided that no action under this section shall be taken after a period of three years has elapsed after the commencement of this Act.
