Section 3 in Bihar Biological Diversity Rules, 2017
3. Constitution of State Biodiversity Board.
- Board shall consist of the following members:-(a)Chairperson(b)Not more than five Ex-officio members to be appointed by State Government.(c)Not more than five members to be appointed from amongst experts in biological diversity.
