Section 10(2) in The United Provinces District Boards Primary Education Act, 1926
(2)Any parent who having been convicted of an offence under subsection (1) continues to disobey the order passed under Section 9 shall be liable to a further fine not exceeding one rupee for every day, after the date of the first conviction, during which he is proved in a subsequent proceeding taken before a Magistrate to have persisted in disobeying the order.
