Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay the operation of Ext.P9 order issued by the 3rd respondent
and to direct the said respondent to provisionally include the name of
Dr.Vijayarathnam K in the PC & PNDT registration of the petitioner's
hospital, pending final disposal of the above case.
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/S.K.B.GANGESH, ATHIRA A.MENON, SMITHA CHATHANARAMBATH, AJMAL AHMED R. &
HARISANKAR K.V. Advocates for the petitioner, CENTRAL GOVERNMENT COUNSEL
for respondent 1 and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for respondents 2 & 3, the
court passed the following:
ORDER
Admit.
Central Government Counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent. Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 2 and 3.
There will be a stay of operation of Exhibit P9 order and there will be a further direction to the 3rd respondent to provisionally include the name of Dr.Vijayarathnam K. in the PC and PNDT registration of the petitioner's hospital, pending disposal of this Writ Petition.
